Without any ads and announcements, the developers have released a new version of Skype for Windows 7, which has version number 7.1.0.105 and is already available for downloading. To tell the truth, in Skype 7.1.0.105 for Windows only minor changes have been made, and a few critical bugs have been corrected. Apparently, for this reason they haven’t informed of the new version.

Unfortunately, I could not learn much about the new version, because after the installation we only see a notice: “We have updated Skype, and now you use the latest version with improved performance and general fixes”. But there is no information about what has been changed. Thanks to the official forum, I managed to find only the fact that Skype 7.1.0.105 for Windows again supports changing the height of the text box in the chat.
