    FMPI is a non-profit organisation by German law. Formerly there was a Skype product comprising a national, local telefone-number (here Germany) and a billing contract. Is this still available, or if NO we'd like to recv. notice on a) when opening is expected, or if yes, b) rates and conditions.

Anyway, if if I understood you correctly, it seems you're talking about Skype Number. If so, please visit www.skype.com/en/features/online-number for more details (in short, this feature is available in Germany).
